Must make 3 times the rent and provide 2 months of paystubs

No prior evictions

No criminal history

May qualify with a guarantor (co-signer) or a larger deposit

All leases end on July 31st unless you renew.

Rooms may be shared for an additional $100/month.

Rooms may be furnished for $50/month extra.

Pantries/Storage closets may be reserved for an additional $10/month. 

Reserved Parking available for $50/month. 

Utilities and Internet are included.
